Scholarship Information and Application

OUR SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE TO LOCAL RESIDENTS ONLY. The information and application on this page is for residents who live in Missouri and Eastern Illinois. If you do not live in this region, please visit our national headquarters at www.aswa.org for a listing of other local chapters throughout the United States.

Darthe Nay Scholarship 2008-2009

Each year, the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA) - St. Louis Chapter has been awarding scholarships to deserving women accounting students. Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, outside activities and financial need. Students in their third, fourth or fifth year of education are eligible for our local scholarship, the Darthe Nay Scholarship, and may then be nominated for a national scholarship through the ASWA.

In addition, the St. Louis Chapter nominates a student for the 2-Year College Scholarship which is awarded at the national level. Information about both scholarships and the application form can be requested from our Scholarship Chair noted below. The application deadline is January 31, 2008 for the 2008-09 scholarships.

SCHOLARSHIP NEWS

Congratulations to our Darthe Nay Scholarship winners for
2007-2008! These young women had excellent grades, drive
and dedication.
